If you go to court alone, the judge will probably
enter an Order for Possession against you that very
same day.
If you go to court with an attorney, the judge will
not evict you that day.

legal services corporation; however, our executive
director is a licensed Illinois attorney. And, we
also have relationships with other experienced
attorneys who will represent tenants should the need
arise.]
